Great free little echo plugin with frequency shifter, can get pretty crazy :)

https://valhalladsp....alla-freq-echo/

Also check out his priced reverb and delay plugins, they are stunning for the money ($50 each)

I'm not shure if these have been previously mentioned, but i'm a bit surprised if they're not, because this guy makes some quite amazing free VST's: https://vladgsound.wordpress.com/

A pity there are no OSX builds. It's quite simple to port a vst plug in that uses a cross platform gui library.

Something pretty cool for people who have the ReaPlugs (in particular ReaJS) installed -- a new JS plugin called Super8, which is basically a quick and dirty MIDI-triggered multi-sampler/looper device. See here for small tutorial: http://reaperblog.ne...oject-template/

Lots of potential in Renoise, I think, though it does sort of double Renoise's resampling abilities. Ton of fun in Reaper, will post some details about workflow etc once I've messed about with it more in Renoise.

I totally recommend this stuff as eq/compressor/limiter combo:

(for one of the best infos on how to handle compression limiting or eq-ing, give this channel a try: https://www.youtube....iemedia/videos)

Nova67p / TDR Nova

https://vladgsound.w...va-vs-nova-67p/

Molot

LimiterNo.6

https://vladgsound.w...ugins/limiter6/

hard to beat by commercial software and i even consider about buying the gentleman editions from tdr

some plugins from voxengo recommended too:

I recently started using Voxengo OldSkoolVerb and i'm quite surprised how good it sounds, it sound sweet on almost anything and better than any of the other free verbs i have tried or so it seems at this point.

I just found it a minute ago and did not try yet. But, the video demo already looks interesting, and there are still only two days left to get it for free. For Mac and Windows:

yep definitely nice filter. but it has some quirks.and u have to install an arturia softwaremanager to register it properly, which is normally the dead end for me to either not install it or uninstall it soon after tests . but this one i´ll keep^^.

Here's one of my favourites (especially as I'm a real sucker for 80s music).

This thing has a beautiful interface, is a pleasure to use, and sounds amazing :walkman:

Stick it through a reverb or whatever you fancy, and you have instant 80s due to it emulating the Roland JX-8P (with PG-800 programmer) that was released in 1985.  Amazing to think we can now have as many of these as we like, running on a computer.  It's compatible with patches from the real thing, you can even create patches on this, and the real thing will use them.
