This makes me think in a really good way of Tom Jenkinson. Take that as a compliment, because I get the same feeling, and still you have your own original touch. Keep it coming, I'd say!

Nice groove. This is the first time that I hear the sound of cajon in a renoise track. Sweet! :)

Thanks to everyone from positive feedback. I was quite suprised cause i put this together in such hurry, with random people hangin / sleeping on my apartment whole week.

Viniman: How could i take your comment anything else that compliment, i love tom jenkinsons stuff very much, even my ringtone is intro from square rave :)

Transient: I agree. I had a plan to make this longer and mix it properly but ran out of time and if you look into those last patterns, its very time-consuming to program 55 line long patterns.

Ashkan: First track for me too to record a cajon, i build it myself. We had jam some time ago with 3 (or 6, but i wanted to paint it properly) times more expensive commercial cajon and everyone agreed commercial one sounded very thin and plastic compared to diy cajon.

I also played the acoustic guitar for the track, drunken style off-beat. Im glad i had renoise to chop sh*t into flower. :D

Very interesting, it has a very good sound (if the samples in xrns are untouched after recording).

Almost. I used 2 mics, Audix D6 in hole and Rode nt5 on front, so i had to obviously invert other track. Some eq, audix for bottom and rode for mid/high. Maeby very little reverb + limiter? I dont recall precisely.

Love the acoustic jazz + beat feel. Nicely done track. Listening again.
