Hi,
When I start up a specific song I get this error-message:
Loading of sample ‘SampleData/instrument04(Cosmic Chime)/Sample00(Cosmic Chime).flac’ failed with the error:
CRC error!
Then I press ok. At which a new box appears with the same message except:“CRC error” is changed in to:
Failed to extract a sample!
Please make sure there is enough disk space available on your system drive
This I get for every samples of the song (or most of them)
I checked my disc space: More than half available. (± 150g)
Other songs with larger amounts of samples don’t don’t seem to have this
Any idea what could causes the problem?
The system I use is linux Mint.
It sounds like a corrupted song archive.
You could try to fix it with a zip-fixer (xrns songs are zip files, rename it to zip and then try).
It may salvage most of your samples, but perhaps not all.
I hope you have some of your samples in other songs, because i think you need to import them from those other songs to restore the broken ones.
