Just wanted to FYI you all that SDCompo is currently doing some “Micro rounds” to stall for time before Renoise 3 final comes out.
The reason R3 is not currently allowed is that it is only in Beta, so not available to everyone.
But: The good news – Micro rounds will be smaller (only about a week to track your song), and no pressure. 
Just doing it for fun… Your song doesn’t have to be an “epic entry”.
The current round (80) samples are based on some motors and clicks… Should provide for an interesting challenge
