Fade master volume at end of a track?

I’ve searched for this here at the forums but: How can I fade out my song at the end? I’ve got about 12 tracks and various VSTs and samples in use. Right now I’m using Audacity to fade out the song after export but I’m wondering what my options are within Renoise. Thanks!

I personally put a Gainer as the last device on my Master track, and then I simply automate the gain parameter as needed. When the main part of the song is playing, I make sure that the gain is always automated/set to 0dB, and then during the last 1 or 2 patterns I’ll automate the gain down to silence (-INF dB).

I don’t like to waste time in other editors, doing stuff like trimming or normalizing my waveforms. I like to simply render from Renoise and then it’s done :slight_smile:
