How come i can’t rate downloads? Anyone else experiencing this?
You can only rate something after you’ve actually downloaded it.
Download something, then revisit its page (refresh if necessary), and then you should be able to rate it.
If it’s still not working after that, then maybe try to re-log?

Aha, of course that makes sense. How stupid of me. 
Now i see you can rate on the actual download page as well.
