can i automate efx in the sample editor

i have some fx in a dsp chain in the sample editor. can i automate parameters here ?

Only via macros (the rotary encoders at the top of the instrument editor), internally via the meta devices, or by midi binding the parameter you want to automate, then recordthe midi controller that was bound to that parameter. By design the instrument effects chains are more of a internal only tool.
