Good vibe. The breaks exploration @ around 1:45 to 2:25 probably went on too long for my liking. I might use the drum track as the basis for a rave tune (you say it's creative commons licensed).

I agree with the above post. I like your drum programing with all the layered breaks, great stuff. Jungle tracks tend to be minimal in nature as the drum beat is the main carrier of the song but you should none the less try to add more musical elements in your track to spice up things. A 2 bar synth loop is just not enough to keep things interesting througout.
