"Y" values for effects

Most likely, someone thought of this before. But, wouldn’t it be neat if one could use a “Y” as a value for any FX command? So maybe 0SY8, the Y being a random number and the 8 being some rule for the randomization. I guess you could have 16 different ‘rules’.

Could be a nice way to humanize time/velocity, random sample start, etc?

I dig this idea, but maybe as opposed to a set of rules, it’s just degrees of variation (non even sure how random # gen works)? Could be very cool for high LPB and random sample start, indeed.
