how to force rescan of VST/AU without shutting down Renoise

Hi, how do I force rescanning of VST/AU (I installed a plugin while Renoise was running), without shutting down Renoise?

If you’re interested, I don’t want to shut down Renoise simply because I then have to reboot my OS X El Capitan install, in order to restart Renoise… So I’m running Renoise 24/7 all the time.

Preferences > Plug/Misc > Rescan

doesn’t work for AU since 10.9 I guess… Maybe related to core audio daemon or something… Maybe a daemon restart would solve the problem. For VST it should work.
