So little time so little beta this is clearly a bug thought as I know it’s everywhere but in the non-instrument-automation-meta-device.
We indeed removed that because of some problems that it caused - long story. If it’s really really necessary to get it back I’ll look into this.

What gova mentioned is also a problem for me:
If I meta connect with a vst effect that has a huge amount of parameters, it gets really annoying to find a parameter.
Can you please bring the search feature back?
