I recently released my first album, called Maximum R&D.
It’s available from Bandcamp athttp://music.neurogami.com/album/maximum-r-d
It should also be turning up on iTunes, Amazon Music, and the usual suspects.
Produced, of course, with Renoise.

Nice!! Listening now…
Had a listen yesterday, good stuff.
There is a consistency between the tracks - ironically, perhaps due to those disjointed riffs - you must LOVE to come up with those
To me, this Eno/Burnekind of vibe, but more industrial, is a really nice space to be in.

I typically will improvises bass riffs over a long backing track with a simple beat, then try to find the few that seem like they might have some substance.
Sometimes I’m happy with a hook or riff as-is. But I’ve also taken to splicing up riffs in the sample editor and playing around with different slice orderings. The results have the kind of intervals and phrasing I typically use but are (in the best case) somewhat off-kilter. They sound like something I might play, but slightly different.

Thanks!
Age of reason is the best track in my opinion.
