I’ve been trying a variety of different plugins in Renoise now. So far, of the EastWest, Kontakt Player and now UVI, I can only make Kontakt Player work. If you have made these plugins work, please help me.
Speaking of those plugins, only the Kontatk Player is a .dll. Is non-dll extensions a Renoise problem that I’m unaware of which causes these issues, and if so, what do I do about it?

What operating system and version of Renoise are you running?
OK, .dll usually means windows. But, the version would be good to know.
Also, by “not working”, do you mean that they fail to appear as plugins, or that they appear, but doesn’t produce any sound?
I’ve previously installed EastWest and Kontakt player without any problems. I’ll give the UVI one a try…
I use windows 10-64bit, Renoise 3.1.
I found the issue that made UVI not appear. The installation puts the dll into a default folder, whereas the standalone is put where I specified the path, causing my confusion as the program was not visible. I was able to successfully load it into Renoise after moving the dll to the usual folder. So it was there all along!
Though that still leaves the .ewi files. Where does it keep the .dll files?
