If I play a song and save it, and a hard drive needs to wakeup to show the current dir’s file list (or every time all drives on OSX :P), the sound freezes until woke up and stutter-conitinues again. Maybe not fixable, but it seems to be related to my other observations posted here relating to file requesters. Just seems to be much more obvious here, that the saving process needs an own process or thread?
No, eye posted this only because of meye other post. There the stuttering will appear after a second without any hdd wakeup involved…
Something gets wrong in renoise regarding audio process, as soon as a exclusive mac os file requester was opened.
