fast phrases, each 'line'1 tick for timbre (tables)

It would be a cool way to create glitchy ‘chip-like’ timbres if the phrases had the option to be super fast compared with the BPM of the pattern / song…

for example, changing the sample, perhaps many single cycle square waveforms (12.5% square, 25% square, 75% square) many times in the space of one line (6 times per line if TPL is set to 6 etc).

Or maybe, filter cutoff frequency rapidly changing like that on every tick, to create crazy timbres…or anything, lofimat bitrate…whatever.

[same as the tables in LSDJ and littlegameparktracker, but without the hassle of gameboy bullshit or limitations of slow cpu etc.)

Not an independant BPM no, but independant LPB which goes all the way from 1 to … crazy fast.

So you can certainly do granular, wave-tabley things. Note that this become much more powerful in 3.1, as that one has a “sample column” mode.

Much the same as the instr. column in the normal pattern editor. This used to be a big limitation of phrases.
