I'm trying to recreate the lead sound in Plaid - Silversum as an exercise but I can't even get close. Could anyone gimme some pointers? Or maybe point me to somewhere with good relatable info

One of them sounds like an old FM synth bass, used in higher notes, with some random filters, and a lofi effect.

One of them sounds like a mixed thing between a glockenspeil and a choir, with lot of reverb, lofi effet, reverb, echo and morphing based on a LFO.

I don't know whitch of them you are talking about  :badteeth:

The FM synth bass sound that kicks in at 1:08. Probably shoulda specified that in the original post  :P It's got a nice snappy sound to it, at first I thought maybe it was a Karplus type effect on a square wave with some slight pitch modulation or something, and random key-tracked cutoff & decay times. But I couldn't recreate it so I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone knew.
