Bug: Funny default MaxVisualizedGain behavior for EQ

1. create new eq 5
2. click hamburger menu in the lower right
3. observe -18 dB to 18 dB is the default and is checked
4. click_-18 dB to 18 dB_
5. observe that the graph’s scale has changed slightly
