Would be great for adding versatility. You could more specifically select patterns for advanced editing. The desire stems from wanting to advance edit only part of a track. Right now the options are to select the single pattern or the entire track, but not part or parts of a track. Which is more time consuming. Cheers
Yes - I would file this under “improvements to internal consistency”
For the next speculative version of Renoise, I would like to see this Advanced Edit scope, as well as hooks for the Renoise API to access features inside the AE panels - would make it relatively simple to create full keyboard-driven implementations, etc.
