When I had edited anything within the track it would not move if I were too add or remove anything inside the track.
But recently I had done something wrong, I guess now whenever I put a note down or delete something, it shifts down a few lines.
I came here since I can’t find this issue anywhere.

It looks like you’ve accidentially changed your Edit Step amount to 7 in your screenshots.
This determines how many pattern lines the cursor will jump each time you input a note or command value.
You can change its value just below the pattern editor itself, or by simply pressing the default keys Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, Ctrl+3, etc.
