Theres any renoise tool for renoise 3.1 that lets you lock to a scale?
I know that scale mapper do but isnt for that version of renoise 
Open renoise - click sampler tab - from the dropdown menu that has ‘no scale’ in it, choose a scale. ( when enabled the instrument will be forced to use a specific transpose scale) - change key of scale with the dropdown menu to the left of it.
