What’s happening: I’ve launched Renoise by trying to install an old tool. That tool shot an error during launch of Renoise.
I left the error alert visible in Renoise, switched to the Forum to write something else, and the Renoise startup “window” is there, half-visible.
try deactivate app nap. also there is a bug regarding alerts + startup window, resulting in hanging windows in Renoise.
what in the world has app nap got to do with anything? it’s a renoise bug.
No idea. Ah, maybe the os had some bug, which deactivates inactive windows too early or so. I don’t know what I thought at that day of early 2018.
can you at least provide basic info, like which OS which version, which renoise version?
