Neither of these topics tell me what fundamental, broadly applicable skills would be taught.

 

Better, perhaps, would be topics of the form "Learn <key skill> by <doing some task>"

 

E.g., someone might (rightfully) dislike dubstep but be willing to follow a dubstep project if the main goal was to teach how to use the filter device (or whatever).

i didn't feel the need to explain what im going to do ........

 

like in the retrowave video ....i basically crafted some  sounds using sampler and then ..use them to create a typical retrowave song

 

 

i guess with dubstep its the same ...

 

and yes ...if you want to learn how to use filtering ..in non  conventional ways ...looking for dubstep bass sound design its going to be ..good material

 

 

my  videos are intended for beginners ....thats why i dont bother myself to much in making a plan ...its  more like me talking to you 

and going through my take on the whole thing
