Is there any way to use like Cthulhu (arp vst) in Renoise, or any other vst where you have to route the output to an instrument (be a sample or another vst)?

I don't know what those are called... an output of a vst that plays another sample/vst.

Under the MIDI generators plugin tab, select the destination instrument under "Midi Routing". Note that you have to route it to an instrument that has a higher index number than the source (e g the destination is situated below the source in the instrument list).

Also note that Renoise doesn't work with all midi generators as it only supports routing MIDI channel 1.
