On my MIDI keyboard I can change the MIDI channel on which outputs notes.  At the moment it is sending notes on Channel 3. I have VST plugin loaded but I only seem to be able to send data on specific channels to the plugin. Is it not possible to that when notes are received on channel 3 that they transmitted on channel 3 to the plugin, likewise if notes are received on channel 2 they are transmitted to channel 2 on the plugin?

Maybe this can be worked around with, for each MIDI chanel, a seperate Instrument Alias.
You can find existing loaded Instruments for Alias in the plugin selection ("No Plugin Loaded") dropdown selection box.
