The way phrases are designed in Renoise is dependent on the BPM and LPB of a song. It would be cool if an instrument’s phrase can have an independent time clock instead of using a song’s BPM. This will goes a long way especially if Renoise dev. team is considering implementing granular synthesis in the sampler synth engine, making phrases more powerful.
Granular… now there’s something I could DEF. see renoise benefiting in supporting 
I would rather use and DO USE renoise in itself as much as possible without the use of VST’s so this would interest me and im guessing others as well
