I’ve been producing my own little solo album in Renoise for the last couple months and I have a few singles floating around out there. Just wondering if anyone out there is interested. It’s like pop-rock with lots of organic instruments, all loaded into Renoise cut up and looped (as most modern music is).

Awesome! This goes in my “look what you ALSO can do with Renoise” along with IT-alien’s traxx. :P

Enjoyed the tune quite a bit, enters my playlist! Tho, on a couple of technical notes: The organ should in my opinion not be centered, it kinda drowns, somehow… Also, the quiet part that starts around 2:28 would be nice with some sort of subtle acid-part. The way you loop the vocals that start at 2:58 is a good idea, but try not to let small loops like that go on for that long, give it some cutoff LFO (with the awesome device available in the FX-rack) or volume-fade etc… Oh, and the beat could be… different. Maybe. :)

I’d be glad to give it a look if you want, but try these pointers out and see what you think!

this is plain awesome work nyaj2k1. ive been trying to make pop-rock on renoise aswell, http://www.danva.net/band.asp?bandID=3&mp3ID=11, however i get a moderne new-“metal” feeling of this. If only the drums and the guitar sounded a little more real  … thats kinda impossible with vst’s though… gotta use the real thing. besides that, you got a hit going on here… and if you got more of this, post it! thumbs up!
