A Vocal Improv That Needs Lyrics..

I can’t figure out what subject matter to write about for the lyrics in this song. Anyone have any subjects this come to mind when hearing this?

oo. Never been good at lyrics, or subject matters, but I’ll give it a go.

Very night time. Probably approaching the early morning hours. Again, driving (or travelling) appears to me as a theme, this time with elaborate neon + city lights moving past. It’s a sentimental tune, it’s probably easiest to imagine this as a love song :) Then again, it could touch on that, but go into greater depth on the kind of relationship- perhaps falling in love with someone you’ve known a long time. I can hear a piano playing some expressive chords along to this.

Ok, my ideas are corny. I’ll now retreat back into my little hole in the wall.

Maybe you’re hungover regretting something you did last night, but not sure exactly what you did? Trying to remember. :P

On the other hand I think the lyrics are fine the way they are…

great stuff

Driving in the early morning through downtown before it starts getting light outside, in the middle of winter, after an interesting night, noting all the city lights and the homeless people that no longer have any hope, and how hope is is subjective.

Excellent. Thanks! :)

just now getting around to listening to this…

all i can say is…

who needs words? who needs meaning? the meaning is in the chords, in the progressions. this is SOOOO beautiful just the way it is, i think polluting it with lyrics would be a disservice to it. kizzume, you have a lot of talent.
