I have cut up a loop but the samples all of sudden repeat. How do I make it return to one shot’s?

Edit for some reason it was playing my samples back as forward set to the standard playback. Very odd. Wonder if I have set that somehow?
Did you turned on phrases? if the phrase restarts, the samples will be retriggered.
If you toggle the “One shot” button all loops should for sure be turned off
