I went ahead and made an album. This music was originally going to be part of a video game soundtrack, but the game never ended up being made. I didn’t like the idea of letting the music go to waste, so here’s the music!
Quick question:
When you went for the chippy sound, how did you decide where to bend the limits on exactly how chippy it sounds? For instance, the guitarish sound on vs Barrus.
I guess that “warped chippy sound” isn’t the best way to put it. The styles of the songs are quite diverse; they all have chiptunes in them, which ties them together, but there are totally different elements in each song (most notably Barrus, as you mentioned).
