When I’m using Renoise for stereo buss processing, I frequently find myself wanting to switch on/off multiple VST effects or Native Devices with a single click. While I understand that I could have two sends as submixes, one wet and one dry, this still leaves me doing a bit more work than I’d like just to hear the effect of my processing. I suppose the same question applies for individual tracks, but using buss processing as an example brings into question routing schemes which is an important aspect of this matter. I was wondering if any of you had ideas for setting up a one click solution to A/B-ing a group of effects.
Word. Exactly what I’m looking for. The thing that has always turned me away from using doofers is that once I’ve combined effects into a doofer, it appears to me that there isn’t a way to un-combine them (feel free to correct). This isn’t a major hindrance, but I like to keep my projects extremely tidy. Thanks again for the response, Meef.

I’ve thought abot this myself, it’s super annoying to drag each dsp out of the doofer manually.
I would like to see a way to multiple select DSPs so you can drag all at once and turn on or off the selection.
Yes, a multiple selection would make sense when moving multiple devices within a chain while maintaining order of the selection. Another curiosity while we’re on the subject. Is there a way to turn multiple devices - on multiple tracks - on and off? When doing a bit of percussive design on multiple tracks, I find myself wanting to turn ALL effects on and off on ALL of those tracks. I can picture placing a macro on the Dest. Min. of multiple signal followers that are linked to individual track doofer bypasses, but that seems like an awful workaround. Perhaps I’m missing another obvious tactic. Any ideas? Thanks again for the feedback.
It’s important to note that putting things in and out of doofers via drag and drop removes any automation or meta device connections.
This could be trivial to solve with a tool, especially if you want to disable all.(maybe someone already wrote it) Alternatively, you can simply use the Return key on your keyboard in combination with your arrow keys.
re: Original request: There is the Bantai tool Toggle DSPs . It does fires the odd error sometimes; Ive never looked into fixing/reporting though. Dont think/ know if it offers multiple chosen tracks at once.
