I was happy, that I had found the switches for the minimisation and maximisation of the upper and lower frame bar. But why there is no button in these frame bars to do that.
It is more a cosmetic problem and a little one. But the navigation will be a bit faster with these buttons.
By the way, Renoise rocks . Many, many functions. But suggestions by me will follow.
Try saving sites under your preset buttons on the top right…
You can then collapse and remove the side borders with one function key.
However… the center-view is also statically saved (either pattern editor, sample editor or mixer and it will always change back to that it your current view was different from what you stored.)
