I want to have more than one row in front of my sample, whats that called, on my pc I think it was ctrl+shift+p, now I am on a mac and every thing is a bit different, please help

there are buttons to toggle them near the bottom of the pattern editor, they have tooltips showing the keyboard shortcut.

On mac is the command key the substitute for control.

Do that by using all 3 columns vol, pan and effects column.
