Is there a way to add more rows afterwards so that notes would be distributed evenly trough new pattern lenght? I could do this manually or use delay in notes to insert them between notes but it´s kind of workaround…
Give my Pattern Resizer tool a try. It does exactly what you’ve described
Edit: If you only need to double/halve your patterns, then use the Expand/Shrink features in the Advanced Edit panel.
Thank you sir!
Nice ,
can you please add to your tool to simply double or half the pattern/s current length , then copy all notes and paste continuously job etc. same pattern longer or shorter and same timing .
If there’s another way to “one click” a double function macro please let me know.
at the moment , select pattern , select all , copy , enter new step length , click track top , paste continuously. done .
thanks.
There are split/join commands in patterns which can do that (without tools):
Right click in the pattern editor →
“Pattern” → “Split” (Control + Alt + K)
“Pattern” → “Join”, (Control + Alt + J)
