Adding more rows / distributing notes to new pattern lenght

Is there a way to add more rows afterwards so that notes would be distributed evenly trough new pattern lenght? I could do this manually or use delay in notes to insert them between notes but it´s kind of workaround…

Give my Pattern Resizer tool a try. It does exactly what you’ve described :)

Edit: If you only need to double/halve your patterns, then use the Expand/Shrink features in the Advanced Edit panel.
