both by doubleclicking and by pressing enter in the filebrowser when adding samples to an instrument, it is too easy to overwrite some samples by mistake. imho there should be at least an option, either in the preferences or as a keyboard modifier, to automatically append samples to a instrument instead of replacing it. this would make it much easyer and more fun to add samples to a drumkit for later automapping.
