not as a command in the command line but drawing it in. There isn’t a pitchbend one to be honest I thought it would be the first thing you saw. +1 
oh and a toggle button for Spring to zero, or whatever it is called. so if you let go of the mouse when drawing it in. it snaps back to the zero line. and maybe a decay rate slider for this.
