What do you mean with reverse? Like ‘flip’ in the advanced edit?
Probably, CTRL-Y did such a thing in St3 and IT2.
There is a randomize script online and a generator, most likely there could be added a flip routine into it as well.
CTRL+F6 = Flip the whole pattern
SHIFT+F6 = Flip the current track
ALT+F6 = Flip the block/selection
