It would help to know what the tool does 
The tool simply launches/switches patterns upon the controller button press. In my case, drum pads.
It already works nicely, other than a couple of quirks that need fixing.
I also which to add a few additional features, such as the ability to remember & recall the sequence played, and the option to ‘shift’ the pattern numbers by 16 , to enable me to reach more patterns on my 16 pads.
