Audio Quantization

The transient detection works quite well in being able to allocate slice markers to transients of a certain threshold however
i wonder if it is worth building on this by adding a function to quantize detected transients with a combination of timestretch
and moving?

This will be especially handy due to the fact that we can’t beat sync to the global groove setting.

In addition, groove presets could assist in the ability to apply user defined grooves to both global groove and specific audio/pattern data.
