I was wondering, if it is possible to automate the values of the effect commands in a specific line with external midi data?
For example with the Sxx slice/offset command to have a varying offset each time the sample is triggered in the last line of my pattern

I am not coding expert but I think that with this tool you can somehow alter inserted commands, also other than the play position.
