basic L/R muting+gaining dsp / vst

Hi

is there a way to gain only left or right side using renoise dsp? And how about muting left or right? Also I would like to reduce by 60dB and also gain by 60dB.

Or any idea for a free VST that is capable of above all-in-one (for OSX)? Kind of dual mono gainer/muter VST… bluecat cannot mute…
