I have some tools geared towards improving the keyboard workflow.

Also, TempoTap is pretty useful.

… a few more underrated tools:

Beat Select from Unless is great with continuous paste.
Make a cool little beat, select the whole beat and continous paste, voila!

To humanize chords try strumify in Reform from MOMarmalade.

Together with VSTi from Menu those three are so useful.
