We had quite a lot of that here in Umeå this summer. Poor trees you would think, but someone said it actually makes the trees stronger. I wouldn’t want it on my bike tho.
we used to get those on this tree that hung over our house so they’d come in through the gaps in the windows every now and then when the surface spray wore off… man they’re creepy. i can still remember the feeling of squishing them underfoot in the middle of the night shudder
