If you edit a link, white spaces (%20) will be wrongly replaced, or re-replaced, resulting in defective urls.
Steps to reproduce:
- Add a word in the rich text editor, mark the word and add a link with whitespaces like

Also the url live-discovering/conversion seems to be buggy and a bit unpredicable
