New experimental English version including scale:

  { name = "Hungarian Minor", pattern = "101100111001" },

Hungarian Minor Test:
com.eatme.ChordLord.3.07.235.xrnx (16.9 KB)

I now have:

scales = {
{ name = “Major”, pattern = “101011010101” },
{ name = “Natural Minor”, pattern = “101101011010” },
{ name = “Harmonic Minor”, pattern = “101101011001” },
{ name = “Melodic Minor”, pattern = “101101010101” },
{ name = “Hungarian Minor”, pattern = “101100111001” },
{ name = “Pentatonic”, pattern = “101010010100” },
{ name = “Ionian”, pattern = “101011010101” },
{ name = “Aeolian”, pattern = “101101011010” },
{ name = “Dorian”, pattern = “101101010110” },
{ name = “Mixolydian”, pattern = “101011010110” },
{ name = “Phrygian”, pattern = “110101011010” },
{ name = “Lydian”, pattern = “101010110101” },
{ name = “Locrian”, pattern = “110101101010” }
}

Maybe I need even more scales, but the question is, will it feature the chord set needed?
I have added most chords that I know would sound right, and I’m not gipsy enough to know more chords for the Hungarian Minor to be added…

As you can see, some chord columns are (still) really sparse for the Hungarian Minor.

So my question is: how to do this? what scales to add more? what chords to add more?

I’ll give this tool a try, I’m currently studying about various chords suite and this certainly could help me to figure these.

Also I’ve posted a question (was related the other tool, Chords Gun):

But I think this is same here, I wonder if there are no security issue with it?

Ok do you know if there are some issues on Mac OS?

That is a question for Apple support, not for me. The Apple firewall has configurations that go beyond this topic and as far as I know the Mac does not display complicated messages on enabling OSC.

And also, I have no Mac, so I can not test anything. If you’re really scared of issues on a Mac, you may want to disable access to port 8000 (the used and default OSC port) in your modem/router. Please don’t report issues of somebody that plays your piano from the network on a Mac… It’s dad. Open Sound Control - Renoise User Manual will tell you what can be done with OSC.

ChordLord and AcordeSenor have been tested (a little) by users with a Mac.
It works.

@Fabrice I have opened a new topic for you

I’m not really up-to-date into technicals stuffs, if this play good then it’s ok for me ^^

You may want to try the spanish version as well.
As I said, it works.
If you find any bugs, please post them with how to reproduce the bug. I can then fix them the coming week.

There is a bug in ChordLord with the inversion and the keyboard shortcuts to enter to pattern.
I will not update ChordLord soon. Please do not expect me to update it for free anymore.
I have paid the translators and am in debt for this project. ChordLord will stay free to use.
