First of all the shortcut for Clone Selection has been removed and is now Clone Selected Pattern. In the Context Menu there is only one entry for Clone and it doesn’t specify what. Having changed CTRL+K back to Clone Selection it becomes apparent this is Clone Selection as it didn’t show a keyboard shortcut initially and now it shows it again.
Can we have CTRL+K back to its old, standard behaviour of Clone Selection, rather than Clone Current Pattern? This change is just going to make people’s working all weird as they will think they are Cloning all selected patterns whereas they are only cloning the currently selected one.
Also how does this Clone X Pattern Block Sequence work? Most of the time I press it and I only get a single pattern copied. If I selected a large group and the Clone Selection then I can Clone a group of X Blocks but as soon as I Clone a single pattern all those options Clone just a single pattern again. Is this correct behaviour? Could we have a description of how this is supposed to work please?
