I came to the problem that I copied a vst effect device, pasted it inside another track, and the automations didn’t came along.
Is this possible to do, without having to copy every single automation on its own?
Thanks in advance.

this cannot be done in a single step, since the “copy” button of Advanced Edit is grayed out when the context of the edit is set to “track in song”.
so, you should do it like this:
1] open Advanced Edit
2] start at first pattern
3] put the cursor on the source track
4] in Content Mask rightclick the “Automation” checkbox
5] press the “copy” button
6] move the cursor to the destination track
7] press “paste” button
8] repeat for each pattern
thanks, sir!
Why can’t we copy/paste device WITH its automations anyway?
Why can’t we copy a DSP’s automation in a track and paste into
a different DSP? It’s actually something I miss a lot in Renoise.
i agree
would indeed be a real nice addition, to save up some time. and you can’t make any possible mistakes, like forgetting to copy a pattern…
