Copy matrix cell with xml from pattern

Was speaking to Overand in #renoise, who found that it was not possible to copy a ‘cell’ from the Pattern Matrix to another song.

It turns out that it doesn’t copy the xml data from the pattern to clipboard. We thinks this would be good idea to have, if possible.

I’m guessing there will be some issues about it not copying automation data and some other stuff too.

I know you can just ALT + T and CTRL + C to copy the data from a pattern track, but somehow it just feels like copying the cell should do it.

I was trying to copy - via the pattern matrix - from one song to another. Did it in the same instance, tried it with two instances - no go. Only works within the same instance!

(Linux, Renoise 2.8.1 64 bit)
