It’s a realy simple thing, but it’s the only thing I still realy miss in Renoise: a command for killing (deleting) a track from the cursor position untill the end of the track. In protracker I used the CTRL+K combination probably more than any other shortcut. It’s great for editing, because I can easily try something and delete it again quickly when it sounds wrong (without losing the part that I’ve allready created).
I know you can more or less do this by using ALT-Y and CTRL-X, but besides being a bit cumbersome it destroys the existing selection and/or clipboard, which you might not want…
YES! I jus wanted to suggest this I haven`t been sure it does not really exist
I miss this CTRL+K too! Kill notes till the end of track was very very useful! Plz consider implementing it!
p.s. Just downloaded latest demo of v1.8 - AMAZING!!! fantastic! SOO many new and great features! pity this version crashes a lot [just dissapears] but you are on the right track to fix all problems! program is now just candy!!! )
