Decimator filter affects panning modulation?

The Decimator filter in sampler, when BitDepth reaches maximum, kinda forced panning modulation back to mono a little bit (sounds like some frequencies are being squeezed to the cener); to reproduce, please tweak macro1 of the providing xrni.

The decimator’s bit depth quantization is rounding amplitudes to the set up bit depth instead of chopping, cause that simply sounds better. So this is intended.

I think the real “problem” or missing ability is to move the filter processing (decimator) before the pan modulation gets applied. This would be a nice thing to have in general, not only for the decimator, but this has to be done in another release.

Yeah please do it some other time!! I think it would be slightly more efficient too for the filter fx to process a mono source versus stereo panned signal.
