I’m picturing a way to, just like many other sequencers have (in Reason for instance), just cut a small part out of a pattern, to use that. I.e. a way to specify, in this position in sequence, for the kick track alias pattern 01 but only during the 3rd bar. Then for the 4th bar use the same kicks as pattern 05.
does this make sense?
